After applying for the scholarship in the online portal. Will you be nominated by diplomatic missions of Romania or the school. And after nominating, which institution is going to conduct the interview.

Yes, I’d like to know where you see age limits placed for the scholarships. When going to the actual site, https://scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro/scholarship-faq,
19. Is there an age limit for the scholarship? No, there is no age limit to be able to apply for the scholarship.
This is the second site I’ve visited that’s stated,
“They shall not be over 35 years to apply for the master’s program and be under 40 for the Ph.D. program.”
However, this isn’t clearly presented on Romania’s MFA website.
